Winter Membership FAQ
Before purchasing Winter Membership you will be given a Calendar of Use (CoU), Terms and Conditions associated with membership and an application form. The form needs to be filled out in full. After you have read the ‘CoU’ & ‘T’s & C’s’ and agree by signing the form, your membership can then be purchased.
The Winter Wild Thing Membership is only valid for ‘Wild Thing Only’ & ‘Christmas Event Dates’ and cannot be used for full park admission. Any specific dates that your membership will not be valid for use will be shown on the ‘CoU’.
Q. What are Winter Wild thing Only Memberships?
A. They are memberships for our Winter Wild thing opening times and dates.
Q. Can I use my Winter Wild Thing Membership when the full park is open?
A. Winter Memberships cannot be used for full park admission during the winter season.
Q. Can Half terms be included in the Winter Wild Thing memberships?
A. No, Winter memberships are not valid during October & February half term (the only membership to cover Feb half term is our Annual Membership)
Q. Why can’t i use my membership for full park days in the winter season?
A. The winter membership as advertised is for use on Wild Thing and Christmas event dates only. The price for the membership reflects this. If you would like full access please consider buying the Annual Membership which includes all opening dates for 1 year from purchase.
Q. Do I have to buy a Winter Wild Thing Membership to access the play centre in the winter?
A. No, Standard admission to Winter Wild Thing for 2018/19 is: Under 1’s Free / 1-3 Years £6.99 / 4+ Years £7.99 / Adult £1.00
Q. Can I buy the Winter Wild Thing Membership online?
A. Not as yet, but we are working on it.
Q. Are the Winter Wild Thing Memberships valid for Christmas opening?
A. Yes, Standard Christmas admission is free to winter members. Additional charge will apply if you are wanting to visit Father Christmas.
