FAQs (Full Park Opening dates)

Q: Do you offer a concession for Registered Disabled Customers?

A: Yes, We have a Registered Disabled admission ticket that includes a carer admission. Please bring along proof by way of’ Blue Badge’ or DLA Letter. The carer admission is valid for any person over the age of 16. If the carer is younger than 16, they must be registered with the ‘Young Carers association’ and bring along their card/letter.

Q: Do you have a cash machine at the park / Do you offer a cash back service?

A: We have an ATM within our main building. We do not offer cash back but we accept cards at our gift shops and cafe’s.

Q: Is there plenty of car parking/coachparking?

A: Yes, we have a huge free car and coach park.

Q: What happens if it is raining?

A:  Wild Thing! – our indoor play centre – will provide lots of entertainment for your family. In addition we have our Happydrome Theatre which has shows twice a day at 12 and 3 o’clock (seasonal). We also aim to keep as many rides open as we can. If in doubt, call us on the day on 01202 483444 option 28, especially if the weather is very wet or windy. Adverse weather does not constitute a reason for refund.

Q: What time are the shows?

A: Shows run seasonally at 12pm and 3pm each day. For details of which shows will be running during your visit please visit our Events & Shows page.

Q: Is everything included in the admission price?

A: Our 30 rides and attractions are included in the admission price. However, we have a small number of optional attractions which require an additional charge. These include pony rides at Pony Palace along with some coin operated Amusements (Happy Tractors).

Q: What is the Aviation Museum? Is it included in the price?

A. The Aviation Museum is a separate attraction, with its own admission prices.

Q: Can we bring a picnic?

A: Yes, there are plenty of outdoor picnic areas throughout the park. We do however ask that our restaurant tables are left for the use of those purchasing food from our restaurants.

Q: Can I use Tesco Days Out Tokens?

A: Yes, Adventure Wonderland are part of the Tesco Boost Tokens scheme. Clubcard Vouchers must be exchanged for valid ‘Days Out  Tokens before you visit. Tesco Reward Tokens are only valid towards full individual admission for full park dates and are not valid for use on Wild Thing Only or Wild Thing Plus dates. Tesco Days Out Tokens are not valid in our restaurants or shops, towards Memberships, Birthday Parties, Group or Christmas bookings or for any other discounted ticket (including family tickets). They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. *All offers and discounts are currently on pause due to the current restrictions.

Q: Do we allow dogs in the park?

A: No, as we are a children’s theme park. We can only allow Guide Dogs.

Q: Are there any ride restrictions?

A: We have  restrictions either height/age on the following attractions:
Wild Bills Runaway Train: 1m
Ghostly Galleon: 1.1m
Yo Yo’s: 70cms
Dragons Drop: 3yrs + max height 1.5m
Battle Boats: responsible children 8 yrs or over can drive the boats. Only a responsible adult may carry a passenger.
