Covid Safety Info

In line with Government guidelines and other similar visitor attractions, you will find many systems in place to keep you and your family safe during your visit.

As well as substantially reduced visitor numbers, these measures include:

A covid prevention welcome handout will be given to you at the park entrance which contains all the details of how to stay safe during your visit.

Good personal hygiene standards should be maintained by visitors to the park. This includes hand washing/sanitising, binning all tissues/litter and minimising the touching of surfaces.

Signage helping you to navigate the park safely will be available across the park.

Be healthy. Please make sure that anyone in your visiting group is not showing any signs of Covid-19 nor that have been in recent contact with anyone suspected of symptoms. We reserve the right to temperature check visitors before park entry.

Staff PPE kit has been issued to all our team members and we ask that you matin the safe social distancing from them at all times. Perspex guards are in place at all till points.

Intensive cleaning regimes have been put in place including a thorough cleaning of the park between visit sessions.

Sanitiser stations can be found across the park, at ride entry points and building entry/exit points. Visitors are asked to make full use of these stations.

Rides & Attractions

Ride carriage distancing is in place throughout the park. This means that frequently, every other carriage has been left vacant for your safety. Family unit ride carriages will also be in place and the ride host will ensure that there is no mixing with other families. Please feel free to indicate to the operator who is in your family group.

Regular ride cleaning will be carried out by the ride operators between each ride session. We thank you in advance for the short delay this will make.

Eating & Drinking

The Wild Thing Cafe will be open with social distancing, offering a limited menu of ‘Grab & Go’ options. Pre-packed food will be available for purchase.

Outdoor seating will be available throughout the park. Picnics are very welcome on any of the lawns throughout the park but please make sure you dispose of all your litter in the bins provided.

Safe toilet precautionary measures are in place in the two sets of toilets on park. These are part of a one way system. Hand sanitiser stations can be found within these facilities.
