The Mad Hatter's Cafe
Our Mad Hatter's Café in the Alice building is open every day from 10.30am to 5.00pm seasonal, with hot meals being served from 11.30am to 3.00pm.
The Café has a wide range of hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and cakes available for sale all day.
At lunch time we can offer you some excellent dishes!
For example for a Lighter Lunch why not try
- Our own tasty homemade soup served with a crusty baguette.
- Well-filled fresh sandwiches and torpedo rolls
- Oven-baked jacket potatoes generously filled with interesting fillings such as coronation chicken; prawns; cheese and a variety of others.
- We also offer scrumptious Cornish Pasties; Vegetarian Pasties and Pies.
Of course, we certainly don't forget our younger visitors and offer a choice of hot or cold Kids Boxes, which all come with a small gift.
During the main school holidays, the Café does become very busy in the main lunchtime period so it is worth considering eating earlier or later to avoid the queues!

Jungle Drums Bar and TV Lounge
In Wild Thing! we have a comfortable lounge on the mezzanine floor, with a fantastic widescreen TV showing sports events, news, children's television or whatever you choose! Fully licensed coffee bar open weekends and school holidays so even Dads are happy!
Looking for a different venue? The above mezzanine area is fully licensed and can be privately hired throughout the year. Telephone for details.
Snack Shack
During the warmer months we open various Snack Shacks which serve tea, coffee, ices, crisps and snacks.
Picnics
There are plenty of picnic tables and lawn areas around the Park, so you are most welcome to bring your lunch with you. We would ask though that you do clear any litter away. Thank you!
