1. No dogs permitted in Park except assistance dogs. We do ask you never to leave your dog in your car, even in the cooler weather. Dogs very quickly become distressed even if windows are left open.
2. Due to weather conditions some attractions may not be open all season.
3. For safety or operational reasons, the management reserves the right to close, alter or replace any attraction without prior notice.
4. The entrance price covers all major attractions, however some small attractions are either coin-operated or incur a minimum additional cost.
5. No responsibility is accepted by the Management for damage incurred in the Car Park no matter how incurred.
6. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the Park without reason.
7. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 16 at all times.
8. On some rides (as indicated) children must be accompanied by an Adult.
9. Signed and operators instructions must be followed at all times.
10. Guardians/Parents are required to ensure that all sensitive parts of childrens bodies are protected with suitable clothing on all rides and attractions.
11. No wheeled footwear or boards of any kind are permitted in the Park.
12. Whilst the Management have been assured of the secure nature of all online payments they are unable to take responsibility for the loss of money through any transaction which remains at the risk of the customer.
13. Whilst the Management does its best to update and maintain the accuracy of this website, it cannot guarantee its contents at all times.
14. Any potential visitor is advised to ring to check any detail that may be of particular importance.
