Q: Is there plenty of carparking/coachparking?
A: Yes we have a huge carpark which is FREE OF CHARGE.

Q; What is the half Price Ticket Offer advertised in the leaflet?
A: If you come to visit us as a full paying customer, you are entitled to return, bringing your receipt with you, within 7 days, and receive half price on all your return tickets.

Q: What happens if it is raining?
A:  Wild Thing! our indoor play centre, will provide lots of entertainment for your family. In addition we have our Happy Drome Theatre which has Shows Twice a day at 12 and 3 o'clock. We also aim to keep as many rides open as we can, If in any doubt, call us on the day on 01202 483444 option 28, especially if the weather is very wet or windy.

Q:What time are the Shows?
12pm and 3pm each day. For details of which shows will be running during your visit, please visit our Events & Shows page.

Q: Is everything included in the Admission Price?
A: Our 30 Rides and attractions are included in our Admission Price. However during the summer season we have various extra attractions where a small charge applies. These include Pony and Donkey Rides at Pony Palace (£2.50), Charlie Cars Driving School (£2.50 per car) along with some coin operated attractions (Wild West Saloon, Amusement Arcade and Child Cars).

Q: Can we bring a Picnic?
A: Yes, there are plenty of outdoor picnic areas throughout the park. We do however ask that our restaurant tables are left for the use of those purchasing food from our restaurants.

Q: Can I use Tesco Vouchers?
A: Yes Adventure Wonderland are a part of the Tesco Reward Deals token Scheme. Upon recieving your clubcard vouchers you need to send this back to Tescos direct requesting the reward tokens. These normally come in either £5.00 or £10.00 denominations. Tesco Reward Tokens are only valid for individual Admission and are not valid for use in our resturants, shops, Summer or Winter Memberships, Group bookings or for payment towards a Birthday Party. They are also not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Q: Do we take Dogs?
A: No as we are a children's theme park we can only accept Guide Dogs.

Q: Do you have smoking areas?
A: Yes, we do allow smoking on park in our designated smoking area between the Wild Thing and Alice Cafe building.
