A: Unfortunately we do not have a cash machine at Adventure Wonderland, although we do take credit / debit card payments on transactions over £5.00. We do not offer a cash back service. Q: Is there plenty of car parking/coachparking? A: Yes, we have a huge free car and coach park. Q: What is the 'Half Price Ticket Offer' advertised in the leaflet? A: If you visit us as a full paying customer you are entitled to return within 7 days for half price. Just bring your original receipt and present it when you buy your tickets. (Summer Season only) Q: What happens if it is raining? A: Wild Thing! - our indoor play centre - will provide lots of entertainment for your family. In addition we have our Happydrome Theatre which has shows twice a day at 12 and 3 o'clock (seasonal). We also aim to keep as many rides open as we can. If in doubt, call us on the day on 01202 483444 option 28, especially if the weather is very wet or windy. Q: What time are the shows? Shows run seasonally at 12pm and 3pm each day. For details of which shows will be running during your visit please visit our Events & Shows page. Q: Is everything included in the admission price? A: Our 30 rides and attractions are included in the admission price. However, during the summer season we have a small number of optional attractions which require an additional charge. These include pony and donkey rides at Pony Palace (£2.50), Charlie Cool's Driving School (£2.50 per car) along with some coin operated attractions (Wild West Saloon, Amusement Arcade and Child Cars). Q: What is the Aviation Museum? Is it included in the price? A. The Aviation Museum is a separate attraction with its own admission prices and opening times. Please visit their website here. Q: Can we bring a picnic? A: Yes, there are plenty of outdoor picnic areas throughout the park. We do however ask that our restaurant tables are left for the use of those purchasing food from our restaurants. Q: Can I use Tesco Vouchers? A: Yes, Adventure Wonderland are part of the Tesco Reward Tokens scheme. Clubcard Vouchers must be exchanged for valid Rewards Tokens. These normally come in £10.00 denominations. Tesco Reward Tokens are only valid towards full individual admission and are not valid for use in our resturants or shops, or towards Memberships, Birthday Parties, Group or Christmas bookings or for any other discounted ticket (including family tickets). They are also not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Q: Do we allow dogs in the park? A: No, as we are a children's theme park we can only allow Guide Dogs. Q: Do you have smoking areas? A: Yes, we do allow smoking in the park in our designated smoking area between the Wild Thing and Alice Cafe building. Q: Can you give me information about the Jousting? A. The Jousting is provided by an external company and as such is completely seperate from Adventure Wonderland. The show takes place once a day at the far end of our main car park and is performed rain or shine! For further information, please visit their website by clicking here. PARTY BOOKING FAQ..... Q. What is the Minimum and maximum number of Children for a Birthday Party? A. The minimum number for all our Birthday parties are 8 Children. The maximum for our Wild Pony Palace Party is 12 children and all other packages is a maximum of 18 children. We suggest that if you are unsure of your exact numbers, you book for the MINIMUM i.e 8 children, and let us know, the week before your party, what your exact numbers will be. We will amend your booking and you can pay the balance on the day, All catering numbers will be charged, No refunds for Non Attendance. Q. What if it’s wet? A. Wild Thing! will give hours of undercover excitement. Whatever the weather – the party goes on! Q. What benefits do I get for booking a Birthday Party if I am a Member? A. If you are a Summer Member you will recieve a Free Birthday Child plus if you book online you will still recieve a 10% Discount. Q. What can the adults do? A. Adults can enjoy all of the rides and attractions in the park. In Wild Thing on the mezzanine area they will find comfy sofas, and widescreen TV! Q. Where should children arrive and be collected? A. The Party Organiser should arrive at the Meeting Point by the Ticket Booth in plenty of time to gather all the party-goers together. It’s a good idea to arrange with parents who are dropping their children off that collection is from the same point at an agreed time. Q. Can the adults eat too? A. We provide a good quantity of food for the children, but if you require extra for the adults to eat as well, then please let us know and we will be happy to supply a buffet for adults at a discounted rate. Q. How do I pay? A. The Party Balance should be paid for by the Organiser during the Party as we find this is the most convenient time. You will be charged for all the children present at the Party (minimum of 8, maximum of 18. For Pony Parties maximum is 12.), and extra adults. We suggest that if you are unsure of your numbers at the time of booking, that you book for the MINIMUM i.e 8 children and let us know final numbers a few days before your party . If the adults want to pay for themselves it is simplest for you to collect their money and pay the whole balance, rather than them paying at the Ticket Booth on entry. Q. What if my numbers change? A. Please let us have your final numbers 24 hours in advance of the party so we may guarantee a sufficient supply of food for all the children. Any reduction in numbers after that time maybe charged. Q. Childrens ages A. The cost of the party is calculated on the age of the children on the day of the party and not at the time of booking Q. Siblings A. If parents decide to bring siblings or other family members they will be charged at the standard seasonal admission prices, this will not include party food, No exception to this rule, An adult is classed as anyone over the age of 15, Children under 15 will not be permitted Adult entry at any time. Q. Character Days A. As these can be exceptionally busy days, where we cannot guarantee the level of service we like to give to our Birthday party customers, we do not take bookings for Birthdays on Character days....
