Enter your email address to receive our latest news.	At Adventure Wonderland there are more than 30 fantastic rides and attractions throughout the park and Wild Thing! for all the family to enjoy. They provide hours of fun and entertainment and are primarily aimed at children up to about 12. All rides and attractions are included in your entry price with the exception of a few coin operated attractions and there is a separate charge for The Pony Rides and Charlie Cool's Driving School. Please note that there are a few rides that are height restricted to comply with health and safety regulations. You have to be over 1 metre for Ghostly Galleon, Turbo Tea Cups and Runaway Train. You have to be over 70cm or accompanied by an adult for The Giant Yo Yos. Wild Thing! is our massive indoor Aztec Adventure Play Centre with a range of exciting jungle themed rides and restaurant facilities, offering guaranteed fun, whatever the weather. It's open all the year (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day) as a separate attraction during the Winter season and as an inclusive attraction during the Summer. At the centre of Wild Thing! is the extraordinary Montyzomers' ball firing Thunderdome. Hidden amongst the bamboo platforms you can fire balls at each other with special cannons. But beware - for the mighty Montyzoomer has the ability to fire back! One of the principal and most fascinating attractions of the original park, The Adventure Wonderland Maze is the third largest maze in the UK. Within the magnificent beech hedges, made up of 5,200 bushes, there are over 1.75 miles of paths to keep you guessing and exploring. There are even directions to help you, but you have to get the right answer otherwise your round again! How many Alice in Wonderland characters can you see in the maze? Whizzing round at super speed the Turbo Teacups are a link between the Mad Hatters Tea Party and today's technology. The fastest ride on the park this is not for the faint hearted and usually results in lots of screams of delight and laughter. Built four years ago the fun and laughter filled Happydrome Theatre replaced the old story-telling tent which was beginning to reach its last chapter. Now the new 300 seat theatre is home to all sorts of wonderful shows, magic, pantomimes and entertainment for all the family! Many shows feature your favourite Wonderland characters, such as Alice, The White Rabbit and The Mad Hatter. In the Winter, there's a seasonal spooky Halloween show and a spectacular Christmas panto. There are not one but two great shows in our Happydrome Theatre everyday at weekends and school holidays to keep all the family entertained. Join in with all the fun and laughter with our new all singing, all dancing, all baking, tart making Queen of Hearts Show at 12noon. And there's wonderful wacky jungle fun and entertainment in the delightful Cortez the Lion King Show featuring the young explorer Charlie Cool and Mango the Monkey joining the audience in helping with Cortez's quest to find his crown. Also new this season we have brand new Midweek Term-time Entertainment, at 12noon and 3pm, for your enjoyment. Mad Hatters Madness Magic Show is a hilarious show for all the family! From colourful tricks for the younger children to a spectacular finale, with the Mad Hatter's unique style of comedy there really is something for everybody! On certain weekdays during term-time, Storytime in Wonderland will replace Mad Hatters Madness Magic Show. Join Alice for her enchanting story all about her adventures in Wonderland. Why not come along and visit the donkey and pony rides area which is an attraction in it's own right next to Animal Cuddles Corner. There is an additional charge for the pony or donkey rides (£2.50 per ride) but you're welcome to come and look around the stables with its equine residents ranging from an adorable miniature horse up to the magnificent Bentley, towering above all other creatures, including you!!! New for 2010 is the fantasmagorical Snappy Dragon's Castle with its giant jaws and towering turrets conjuring up exciting images of days of yore for our young visitors as they bounce their way up and down and around the enchanted castle and the mighty dragon itself! Ahoy there me hearties, away we go on the super swinging magical Ghostly Galleon, sponsored by Wave radio station. Dare you ride the corsair cruiser as it swoops through the airwaves creating a rush of excitement in the brave hearts of all its courageous crew? Make sure you hang on tight. Reintroduced in 2008 by popular demand, the all new Animal Cuddle Corner is bigger and better than ever before. There are lots of furry and fascinating friends to stroke and cuddle and many to learn about with our qualified staff on hand to answer questions and provide information. Cuddle corner is home to rabbits of all shapes and sizes, guinea pigs, chicks, donkeys, goats and ponies amongst others. Bill's wild and so will you be, with delight and excitement on this runaway train ride as it dips and dives carrying its brave passengers twice round a track of loops and swoops. it's a big screaming, arm waving, runawaying, swaying adventure! Charlie Cool's Driving School, a major attraction at Adventure Wonderland, gives the children the chance to drive in one of Charlie Cool's fantastic safari style jeeps around a purpose built track and also learn about road safety. The cost of Charlie Cool's Driving School is just £2.50 per car (not person). Charlie Cool's Driving School is part of Adventure Wonderland and cannot be visited separately. Climb on board our wonderfully happy flying elephants and glide around in these jolly jumbos giving you a great view of the park at the same time. Each have their own name, so if you can, get one whose name you like! Yo Yos don't get any bigger than this! You're carried away and you swing on round and round whilst bobbing up and down like real yo yos. A little tranquil spot on the edge of the park where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful smell and sight of a whole variety of beautiful garden herbs. Based on the caterpillar in the Alice stories, this charming, gentle ride has been a firm family favourite for many years and brings out big beams on tiny faces every time. A fiendishly difficult life size puzzle to keep our brainiest young visitors happily challenged. Imagine yourself as an intergalactic traveller, hop aboard these super craft and wizz on round orbiting the earth and steering your journey through outer space. Yeeha! There's gold in them there sandhills! Find 7 gold nuggets buried in the sand and collect your free gift. Based on the Alice stories try your hand at this commando style junior assault course with a variety of tasks running in parallel, so you can challenge a friend to the finish! Just like real forces training equipment. Leap onto the tyres and wizz across to the other side in record time. A fun filled outdoor play area for our younger visitors with a number of junior rides and activities Race round the special track on the wackiest kraziest karts you're ever likely to find and challenge your friends to kartwheels! Bounce and leap about to your hearts content on these specially designed outdoor fun filled activities. Best not to try immediately after a large meal A game of croquet that's quite out of the ordinary with wonderful Alice in Wonderland themed "hoops" to negotiate. Something every child loves to do, classic pony rides on our lovely, friendly donkeys and ponies. A wonderfully peaceful experience in this busy world. A seasonal attraction with a separate charge.
